Banana & chickpea spread served on oatcakes

Ingredients:
1 small, mashed Banana
6 tbsp Chickpeas
2 tbsp of Fromage Frais
Oatcakes

Method:
Toss all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Keep in the fridge and serve on oat crackers.

Nutritional note:
Chickpeas are a great food to use when cooking, as they are a source of protein which essential to support growth; they are also a source of fibre for a healthy gut. Bananas are a rich source of important vitamins; such as vitamin C, which helps support the immune system.
