As you know the Government has extended level 5 restrictions until 5th March and we have been informed by Minister O’Gorman that childcare services will remain open to support families and children who require childcare. Current evidence shows that childcare settings are continuing to operate safely and have delivered quality early learning and care throughout Covid19.
As such our centres will continue to remain open in line with Government guidance to support our working parents. The guidance has clarified that one parent may be an essential worker and is welcome to access our service even if working from home. For parents not availing of their childcare place in February, fees will be paused.
We do appreciate that it is challenging for parents to manage both childcare and working from home and should your childcare needs change during the month, please stay in touch with your centre manager or contact us on email@example.com.
Public Health has confirmed that the transmission rates amongst children remains low and they are not the drivers of infection.
Thank you to all our parents for your continued support in following guidance, keeping children and staff safe and a special thank you also to our centre teams for maintaining such high standards of hygiene.
Please note that in line with Government guidance, ECCE only provision will remain closed until 5th March 2021.
Please continue to stay safe remain vigilant and we look forward to welcoming your child on Monday.
